Add value to global supply chain team with strategic and tactical responsibilities to leverage new technology, improve systems utilization, support compliance, reduce procurement costs, and improve process efficiencies in our supply chain business systems.
What You Will Do
1.Participate Business system implementation & adoption. Responsibilities often come in the areas of Projects, Enhancements, Issue Resolution efforts. Provide on-going support, we utilize Service Now for support tickets. 2.Support testing and problem shooting. 3.Support Business system release management (application upgrades / enhancement for new functionality). 4.Work out leading practices. 5Knowledge sharing (internal vs external) - develop and deliver end-user training materials and training. 6.Provide strategic design and “hands-on” efforts for continuous improvement and support of our System Application. 7.Communicate with colleagues, management and business unit(s) concerning requirements, project status and issues with good interpersonal, analytical, presentation, written and communication skills.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent related work experience SRM/Supplier Portal implementation experience in a large scale multi-national ERP system 3+ years’ business analyst experience interfacing with business functional areas Very familiar with SAP Procurement Processes and global procurement business user stories.
