As a Sr Inside Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for Honeywell Industrial Automation. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of our Suzhou, China location. In this role, you will impact the company by effectively driving revenue growth, contributing to the company's financial success, and strengthening its market position. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 61 Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas by driving daily management of mature distributors, including but not limited to price management, order tracking, shipment records, inventory management, etc. 61 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions 61 Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous sales performance improvement 61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support 61 Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership 61 Channel Management Support and Opportunities Reporting/Management 61 Develop and implement sales analytics strategies to drive business growth 61 Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales performance, including pipelines analysis and quality drive, pipelines reports, and dashboard build according to business requirement 61 Add-hoc sales/sales support related activities/initiatives YOU MUST HAVE 61 Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales 61 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 61 Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques 61 Excellent communication and negotiation abilities 61 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
