1. Position objective: Coordination of the IT activities at the assigned locations in cooperation with the corporate IT.
2. Main Tasks: 1) He /She is responsible for the strategic orientation and further development of IT in the region of China. He /She is proactive in the continuous improvement of the entire IT landscape and identify optimization potentials. 2) He /She coordinates all IT activities at the assigned locations in cooperation with the corporate IT of the two business units Industrial and, if necessary, Medical 3) He /She reports technically to the General Manager IT of Corporate IT 4)He /She is responsible for the professional management of regional internal and / or external teams 5) He /She ensures operational information processing and the availability of all existing decentralized IT and communication systems in the region 6) He /She plans, controls and monitors regional IT projects, and is required to work as consultant or project manager or as part of an international project team 7) He/ She is responsible for the analysis, planning and further development of existing systems as well as the implementation of new systems and solutions with cost and profitability considerations 8) He /She is responsible for creating, monitoring and compliance with the relevant quality criteria of Corporate IT. 9) He /She is responsible for the regional single point of contact to receive service level requirements (SLR) and change requirements from the business as well as their prioritization, and pass these on to the corporate IT 10)He /She carries negotiations with suppliers and controls external service providers 11)He /She advises and supports Corporate IT in the further development of Service Level Agreements (SLA), Operating Level Agreements (OLA) and Underpinning Contracts (UC) and ensures their compliance. 12) He /She implements methods, standards, rules and guidelines of corporate IT 13) He /She takes the overall responsibility for the processes assigned to the position as well as their operative implementation in the sense of identification, documentation, monitoring, controlling, quality assurance and optimization.
3. Qualification requirements: 1) Study of Computer Science, Information Technology or similar degree or experience in relative working conditions and activities. 2) At least 3 years of proven management experience within IT/ICT industry with global or regional exposure 3) Experience with Windows Operating systems at user level, including user and application installation 4) Strong Experience in Windows Active Directory Services, network equipment such as Firewall, Switches, Access points. 5) Experience evaluating Systems Administration tools, setting up servers and Change Control Policies and Procedures; 6) Experience in ERP System preferably MS Dynamics Navision 7) Experience / Knowledge in MS SQL 8) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work and support senior management and operational teams; 9) Excellent customer orientation with strong focus to meet customer/client and management satisfaction; 10) Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals 11)Good project management experience and meticulous attention to detail 12) Good technical knowledge on sub domain, products and systems in the customer network. 13) Strong negotiation skills to manage External Provides, Vendors, and SLA. 14) Must be fluent in English and Chinese Oral and Written 15) Willing to travel locally and overseas 16) Plus advantage if ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, PMP Certified
