1. Leading quality assurance team to define priority and set up challenging quality goal to drive long term improvement; Manage daily quality event and quality system team; 带领质量团队明确优先级，设定有挑战的质量目标来推动持续改善，管理日常的质量事件及质量体系团队.
2. Improve quality ramp-up by enhancing internal audit and quality systems and procedures; 通过增加内部审核质量体系及程序等来提升质量管理水平。
3. Manage the customers return analysis, supplier quality analysis, establish effective process to deal with all reported field issues and completely satisfy the customers expectations; 管理客户退货分析，供应商质量问题分析，建立有效的流程来处理所有现场报告的问题，以完全满足客户的期望。
4. Establish and improve FA & NPI quality assurance system to enhance new product quality ; 建立和改善样品及新产品导入质量保证系统以提升新品质量。5. Assist QA director to align resource of quality system and budgetary control. 协助品质及制造总监分配资源，做好预算控制。
6. Act as one of major drivers to promote best-quality practices. 扮演好***质量实践的主要推动者角色。
7. Make final decision on quality acceptance standard and reviewing quality system improvement. 给出质量接受与否的最终决策及评审质量体系的改善。
8. Serve as a reference point to your subordinates who needs your assistance / opinions for decision making; 带领团队并成为下属的主要参考点，他们需要你的帮助/意见来做决策.
9. Provide training to quality teams during day to day quality assurance events and support leaderships to define gaps, approach root cause, solve problem by various quality statistic techniques. 提供质量团队人员关于质量事件的培训，有效地通过各种质量分析技术来找出问题原因，及解决问题的方法。
要求
1. Bachelor degree or above on electronic/machenical engineering related is must. 电子机械工程相关专业本科及以上.
2. Experience on electronic cabinet/wire harness assembly is preferred. 熟悉电气柜/线束组装优先
3. Familiar with IPC620 & IPC 610 standard is preferred. 熟悉IPC620&610标准优先；
4. Fluent spoken and written English 流利的英语说写能力；
5. Good-knowledge of MS-office 熟练的电脑办公软件操作；
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 良好的人际沟通技能；
7. Self-motivating and willing to work with a team and/or customers 自主学习，有团队合作精神。
