Major Responsibilities:
1.1Design & Validate Packaging Materials for products to meet the customer requirements,Design the container for internal transfer
1.2 Support new project flawless launch under budget,Support Eng, PC&L, Manufacturing and Purchasing on New product Launches
1.3 Lead & Support MCIP & I&CIM Activities
1.4 Provide Technical Support to GSM on Supplier Packaging,Work with Indirect Purchasing to develop local Packaging Material Supply base
1.5 Package Standardization and Package P-FEMA design,Implement Strategies to meet International & governmental regulations
1.6 Coordinate Packaging Activities with other Regions
1.7 Lead package improvement programs to continuously optimize package cost to meet company target.
1.8 Assisst advance PCL to complete the related work

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
2.1 Familiar with Ford\GM\VW\BMW package and labeling requirements
2.2 Experience in Auto industry
2.3 Good experience with package improvement
2.4 Good experience with package standardization

Experience:
3.1 Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
3.2 3 years or above experience in packaging in Auto industry
3.3 Good English both written and oral
3.4 Good communication skills ， analytical and problem solving skills.
3.5 Experience with basic logistic knowledge
3.6 Experience with MS Office tools (word, excel, ppt etc.),PBI is a plus
