Key Responsibilities: 1) Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure across the region, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability for all regional sites. 2) Install, configure, and troubleshoot virtualization platforms, server management, network devices, and related infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across distributed sites. 3) Developing operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage, and software. 4) Work closely with other IT teams and departments to align infrastructure strategies with overall business objectives and support cross-functional projects. 5) Provide technical guidance and support to local IT, assisting with infrastructure-related inquiries and issues. 6) Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of infrastructure failures, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss. 7) Assessing current systems to secure best practices and balance by complying with federal policies and procedures.
Relevant Experience and Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on virtualization, servers, storage, and networking in a large enterprise or manufacturing environment. 3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage complex infrastructure environments. 4. Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco Certified (CCIE)) are a plus. 5. Proficiency in Mandarin, English will be an added advantage.
