You will be in hardware engineering, and play a senior go green CAD engineer role in developing and implementing sustainability strategies specifically focused on PCB processes and Design for Manufacturability (DFM). You will be in close partnership with a cross functional team, and also the suppliers. You will be based in our Suzhou office.

These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech. - Work closely with suppliers to source sustainable materials and promote environmentally responsible practices. - Develop and implement sustainability strategies for PCB manufacturing processes and DFM. - Lead initiatives to optimize PCB manufacturing processes for sustainability, including waste minimization and resource efficiency. - Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate sustainable practices into DFM guidelines. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PCB process and DFM sustainability. - Identify, evaluate, and implement eco-friendly materials and sustainable manufacturing processes. - Unafraid to challenge the status quo and persistently advocate for sustainable practices, driving change in an industry resistant to innovation. Key Qualifications For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in PCB design, manufacturing, or sustainability with a focus on PCB process and DFM. - Familiarity with PCB/FPC process & SMT/Wave soldering/Assembly process. - Strong knowledge of PCB/PWA related IPC standards. - Good project management and organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good oral and written English skills. - Willingness to proactively seek out and to travel nationally/internationally to attend conferences and trade shows for identifying new technologies. Education Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
