主要职责: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1、负责在指定销售区域内生命科学仪器销售工作,完成年度销售指标及销售回款; Responsible for the sales of life science instruments within the designated sales area, achieving annual sales targets and sales receipts; 2、管理及维护负责区域内客户及合作伙伴,开拓和维护市场,负责代理商等渠道管理,建立长期合作关系; Responsible for managing and maintaining customers and partners within the region, exploring and maintaining markets, managing agents and other channels, and establishing long-term cooperative relationships; 3、收集、整理、反馈区域市场数据及分析报告,并对公司提出有价值的改善方案,对公司的新项目开发提供市场支持,提出销售策略; Collect, organize, and provide feedback on regional market data and analysis reports, and propose valuable improvement plans for the company. Provide market support for the company's new project development, and propose sales strategies; 4、与重要客户开展并维持良好关系; Develop and maintain relationships with key customers; 5、推动并促成新的商业机会和引荐; Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references; 6、通过积极销售和制定战术计划增加销售额; Increase sales by actively selling and developing tactical plans to maximize revenues; 7、建立、维护所辖区域的客户关系,进行商务谈判,提供解决方案,对潜在的客户进行定期跟踪,提交销售进度报告; Establish and maintain customer relationships within the jurisdiction, conduct business negotiations, provide solutions, regularly track potential customers, and submit sales progress reports; 8、完成辖区内市场推广活动及市场信息收集,定期或不定期的向公司汇报市场情况,及时反馈各种相关信息。 Complete market promotion activities and collect market information within the jurisdiction, regularly or irregularly report market conditions to the company, and provide timely feedback on various relevant information. 岗位要求: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 1、要求具有科学学科领域(化学、生物学、制药、医学及相关学科)本科及以上学历(理学学士/文学学士); Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) or up in a scientific discipline (Chemical, Biology, Pharmaceutical, Medical & related subject) required. 2、至少有1年相关工作经验; At least 1+ years related relevant experience; 3、能熟练使用计算机软件(word,excel,PowerPoint等); Be proficient in computer software (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.); 4、能够在压力下以及要求高效率的环境中工作; Be able to work under pressure and in a high efficient environment; 5、良好的演讲、人际互动和谈判技能; Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills; 6、与客户建立、维持并培养长期良好关系的能力; The ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers; 7、在化学、生命科学和制药领域保持有成功销售的良好记录; Good track record of successful sales experience in Chemical, life-science &Pharmaceutical market; 8、态度积极、敢于承担责任,富有工作激情、接受出差。 Positive attitude, willing to take responsibility, passionate on work, and accepting business trips.
