Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for daily communication with customers in Mexico and other international markets, ensuring that both parties have a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
2.Coordinate cross-cultural communication, maintain close contact with customers, understand their changing needs, adjust project strategies to meet customer demands, and promote the development of cooperative relationships.
3.Participate in market research in international markets, analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, and provide recommendations for the company's international strategy.
4.Be in charge of planning, execution, and management of electronic module and smart switch projects, ensuring timely delivery and achieving expected goals.
5.Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, marketing, and other departments, to ensure smooth progress at all stages of the project.
6.Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, etc., and supervise change management during the implementation process.
7.Regularly report project progress to senior management, communicate project risks and issues in a timely manner, and be responsible for handling various issues that arise in the project.
8.Adjust products and services based on market demand and customer feedback to enhance market competitiveness.
9.Manage project documentation, ensuring that all project documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Job Qualification:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
2.5 years of project management experience, with a background in the electronics industry preferred.
3.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications preferred.
4.Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with internal team members and external partners.
5.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of making quick judgments and taking action in complex situations.
6.Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7.Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent bilingual communication skills.
8.Hold a valid Mexican visa, capable of freely traveling between China and Mexico.
