About Role We are looking for a supportive and enthusiastic mathematician whose vision is to see all students develop a passion for Mathematics and understand its place as an applied subject in the world around them. The desirable candidate is an adaptable team member, who values deepening their own subject knowledge to enable teaching across all aspects of IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics. Experience of teaching mathematics at the highest levels, particularly Further Mathematics, and the ability to facilitate preparation for university entrance tests is desirable.The postholder will be a full member of the academic faculty, serving as a form tutor and mentor, leading a Co-curricular activity, performing duties, joining trips, and being involved with school and student events and professional learning. It is desirable if candidates are able to offer a second subject to at least IGCSE level.

Skills and Experience 1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the area for which you are applying 2. Successful experience in working with students in the age group you are teaching 3. Demonstrated experience in inspiring students in a stimulating learning environment 4. Demonstrated experience of using ICT to promote learning 5. Previous experience in an international school and familiarity with British education system preferred 6. Experience in teaching EAL students preferred 7. Ability to analyse student data to support student achievement 8. Demonstrated experience in raising achievement and setting challenging targets 9. Strong commitment to supporting all aspects of our programme, especially through participating actively in the extra-curricular activities and contributing to the life of the school community
