1.Follow established company QM processes and procedures according to IMS and consider enterprise environmental factors during daily work;
2.Plan, design, and conduct complex research projects using existing or new scientific methods and theories to solve problems; and improve, or generate new, products, components, equipment, systems, and processes;
3.Being knowledgeable in and continuously apply tesa Standard Test Methods (J0PM);
4.Calculating and analyzing test results and preparing detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions for improvement;
5.Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to conduct one or more research projects and monitor the performance of these projects to ensure targets are met;
6.Being a project leader/member to ensure good project management of all technical aspects allowing timescales to be set and progress to be monitored closely;
7.Prepare complex calculations, specifications, and other technical documentation so that prototype designs can be manufactured and assembled;
8.Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science;
9.An understanding of how to access and use technical information that includes patents, technical papers, trade journal articles etc; research relevant patents, analyze and draft summaries of patent scopes and their impact on research strategies, raw material choice and product design;
10.Prepare and file patent applications;
11.Organize/coordinate pilot and production trials including trouble-shooting; sample analysis and trial assessment report.
任职条件
1.Master degree in Material Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields with more than 3 years or bachelor degree with over 7 years job experience are preferred;
2.Job experience in related industries such as coatings, adhesive, tape development or other relevant materials science background are preferred;
3.Basic leadership skills, especially giving and receiving feedback;
4.Good analytical skill to question validity of test results,independent and very good hands-on attitude;
5.Good execution, result and quality orientated work process, priority setting;
6.Strong communication skills with local colleagues and global functions;
7.Good command of writing and speaking English & Chinese;
8.Willingness to travel.
