Purpose of the Job : Executing the company's material purchase plan to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely delivery, and seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities: 1 Make and execute material purchase plan according to customer's demand and production plan. 2 Monitor and adjust the purchase orders closely to ensure timely delivery while keep inventory in reasonable level. 3 Identify potential risks and alarm for material issue ahead of time, follow up related action plans. 4 Coordinate with customer service , production planning and production team to make sure efficient communication of information. 5 Regularly check and maintain MRP system parameter settings to ensure accuracy and seek optimization opportunities. 6 Continues improvement to improve inventory turn and improve efficiency. 7 Slow moving materials analysis and dispose. 8 Material quality issue handling with external vendors and improvement follow up; 9 Vendor payment follow up. 10 Other tasks assigned by superior;
Qualifications: At least 3 years material planning or supply chain related experience. nice to have Pull strategy/Kanban process/PFEP implementation/VMI
