1. Understand the sales and marketing business work flow and be able to work with cross functional team to establish sales process and procedures, continuous update and enhance the current process and procedures.
2. Coordinate and support the company internal and external audit.
3. Monitor sales and marketing team members daily practices, making sure the rules and procedures are followed correctly.
4. Department documentation management. Both on the cloud and hard copies.
5. Conduct contract review in system, set up SO and input approved contract in QAD or SAP.
6. Supporting KAM to do paperwork and follow ups. Such as price tracker etc, past due follow ups etc.
7. If needed should be able to handle small business like service/sample quotation in front of customers if KAM is not available.
8. Customer visit/events supporting, such as order food, arrange transportation and hotel and restaurant, book meeting room etc.
