Responsibilities：
Monitor the production equipments operation status & be responsible for normal maintenance work, and repair the issue machine in time and short machine break time.
Establish equipment maintenance plan and work instruction, lead maintenance staff to implement preventive maintenance work regularly
Be responsible for maintenance work instruction document
Implement TPM requirements for the key equipments strictly
Support maintenance supervisor to monitor and repair key equipment.
Trains and support maintenance technician from technical side, to ensure equipment are running well.
Be responsible for electrical improvement and satisfy the LEAN production.
Be responsible for machine electrical safety device inspection.
Edit maintenance report and set up the troubleshooting database step by step.
Use digital tools to monitor equipment status (MTBF,OEE,MTTR) and perform predictive maintenance . Contact with equipment supplier which is from internal or external, and get the support from technical side.
Be responsible for program copy and update. and calibrate the testing equipment and edit parameter if it is necessary.

Qualifications：
Bachelor degree in Mechanical /Automation /Electro-Mechanical Engineering
3-5years of experience as Maintenance Electrician, and strong PC and PLC knowledge，can code PLC and HMI, can read the mechanical and electricl drawing
expert experience in electrical repair and low voltage production test，Familiar with TPM and related principle
Good problem analysis skills,Good English skill
