Responsibilities: 1. Supply Chain Strategic Design: Formulate medium-to-long-term supply chain development strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business strategy to support the sustained growth of stamping, machining, and filter businesses. 2. Supplier Development and Management: Lead high-quality, high-stability supplier development and management processes, establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers, promote supplier collaboration, and reduce supply chain risks. 3. Inventory and Cost Control: Design and optimize inventory management strategies, achieve supply chain cost optimization through demand forecasting, precise procurement, inventory turnover, and inventory control measures. 4. Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and assess potential supply chain risks, formulate emergency response plans, ensuring rapid response during supply chain disruptions or market changes and ensuring production continuity. 5. Digital Supply Chain Transformation: Drive the planning and implementation of supply chain digital transformation, leveraging ERP, MES, OA, and other systems to enhance information transparency and visualization, improving overall supply chain collaboration efficiency. 6. Cross-Function Collaboration: Closely collaborate with production, quality, and business departments to ensure high consistency between production plans and material supply, optimizing supply chain response speed to meet production and market demands. 7. Process Improvement and Performance Management: Formulate and implement supply chain performance indicators, driving continuous improvement through data analysis to optimize supply chain operational efficiency. 8. Supply Chain Team Leadership: Establish and lead an efficient supply chain team, conduct job assignments and performance management, responsible for talent recruitment, cultivation, and development, enhancing the team’s supply chain strategy and operational capabilities.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. 2. Over 15 years of supply chain management experience, especially in manufacturing, with extensive supply chain management experience in stamping and machining industries. 3. Deep understanding of modern supply chain systems and technologies (e.g., ERP, MRP, MES), and successful experience in implementing digital supply chain transformations. 4. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of efficiently navigating complex and dynamic supply chain environments. 5. Effective English communication skills, able to communicate effectively with global suppliers and customers.
