岗位职责:According to service concept of focus on guest, arrange the duty roster for associates.通过以客人为中心的服务方式和有效的员工管理,熟练的安排员工的换班。Coordinating with guest request, conducting assignment for associate in the operation. 负责协调客人的要求,指导和协调服务员的工作。Ensure associate know the activities and operation policy on daily briefing, make record and tracking.确保员工知晓酒店的活动和运作要求,并记录在值班日记上以便进一步跟踪调查Supervision equipment and facility on work, service standard, stork inventory and safety procedure.监督服务设备的维护 监督客人服务和设施的标准 控制库存和监督安全程序 Arrangement training schedule for trainee or junior associate on duty, and report to management.保证所有新来的实习生和服务员在工作的同时,得到持续的和适当的管理和培训。定期向经理汇报。任职要求Good menu and food knowledge Good beverage knowledge 良好的菜单和餐饮知识Good knowledge of beverage service skills 良好的酒水服务知识和技能Experience with the similar position for minimum of 3 years in a 5 Star Hotel. 3-5年五星酒店同等岗位经验。 College Certificate, Technical course in F&B management.大专及以上学历,餐饮相关专业。Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken AND written) 熟练的中英文说写能力。Positive attitude under pressure 积极主动,能承受压力。
