1. Manage and overseeing the CFT project for business view; 2. Support and guide CFT members to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the high levels of satisfaction; 3. Lead the CFT team to ensure the project run smoothly and develop more new business; 4. Monitor and review the business performance for CFT, including key accounts, focusing on revenues, profitability; 5. Coordinate the daily work with the team and external team in terms of process, communication, etc.; 6. Train and guide the team members and make sure they achieve the performance we expected; 7. Report and update the team status to the manager.
Requirements: 1. Above 5 years experience in the similar position and industry; (#EMS industry); 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers; 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; 5. Good communication skills in English.
