Responsibilities: 1. Leads automation initiatives and major projects in Plant. 2. Responsible for the whole rubber bushing production process (rubber mixing, skeleton coating, vulcanization molding, assembly, diameter limiting, rotary riveting, liquid filling, etc.) automation project planning and implementation; Work with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and evaluate the feasibility and potential benefits of automation projects. Develop project technical plan and budget, including internal and external technical communication, equipment selection, control system architecture design, etc. 3. Responsible for automation equipment debugging: debug the newly installed automation equipment, optimize the performance parameters of the equipment, and make it reach the corresponding operating state. 4. Analyze production data, identify system bottlenecks and potential problems, improve production efficiency and product quality, and reduce production costs by adjusting equipment parameters and improving process flow. 5. Technical improvement and innovation: pay attention to new technologies and new trends in the field of automation, introduce advanced automation technology into the existing production system, and promote the continuous improvement of the company's automation level. 6. Document management: Prepare technical documents such as operation manuals and maintenance manuals for automatic systems to provide accurate and detailed technical guidance for operators and maintenance personnel. 7. Comply with company EHS&S regulations and TMSS requirements. 8. Strong support of equipment supplier development in collaboration with indirect sourcing. 9. Collaborates with process management, maintenance, EHS, quality regarding customer requests and projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, intelligent manufacturing engineering or related. Skills & Experience: 1. At least 3 years automation project management experience, intelligent manufacturing project experience is preferred. 2. Proficient in Auto-CAD&UG and other 3D mechanical drawing software. 3. Master the principle of automation equipment, be able to debug and maintain the equipment. 4. Understand electrical control system design, including circuit diagram drawing, electrical component selection, etc. Proficient in servo motion, hydraulic transmission, pneumatic vitality, knowledge of sensors and vision software applications, and able to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults. 5. At least 2 years of experience in automation project from planning to implementation, including project design, on-site installation and commissioning. 6. Teamwork, able to work with different departments to complete project tasks. 7. Experience in rubber bushing automation project is preferred. 8. Fluent in spoken and written English prefer.
