岗位职责: 1.Be responsible for assisting the customer with technical questions, returns, invoicing, account maintenance and ensuring their experience with INFINITE has been pleasant and productive 负责协助客户的技术问题、退货、发票及财务的跟踪并确保客户和公司建立良好的合作关系 2.Visiting existing and potential customers to develop long term relationships and to expand the customer and prospect database 拜访现存和潜在的客户并发展成长期合作客户,增加客户数据库 3.Meeting/exceeding established quotas: Revenue, Quotation, Customer Visits 达成/超过设立配额:收入,报价,客户访问 4.Proper qualification of customers and customer prospects 适当的客户资格审核和客户前景预测 5.Using phone, internet and personal visits to obtain customer prospect lists from all available resources 使用电话,互联网和个人访问从所有可用的资源中取得潜在客户名单 6.Dig out OPPs from existing and new customers, follow up the OPPs and win actual orders 从新老客户处发掘大的销售机会,进行持续跟踪直至拿到实际订单 7.Consistent add on and up selling of related products 始终如一的坚持销售新增加的和已有的相关产品 8.Quote generation, and follow up 产生报价,并进行跟踪 9.Consistently obtaining customer ratification 持续谋求客户的认可 10.Customer Credit survey & Justification 客户信用调查与调整 11.Customer satisfaction measurement for continuous improvement 通过顾客满意度测评来不断改善 12.New product development chance hunting as marketing input 通过捕获市场搜索的信息来开发新产品 13.Other duties assigned by VP of Sales & Marketing APAC 亚太区销售及营销副总裁交办的其它工作
岗位要求: 1.College degree or above 大专以上 2.Two years above related working experience 两年以上线束线缆销售相关工作经验 3.Fluent written & spoken English skill 流利的书面和口语能力 4.Drivers license with good driving history 有驾照并有良好的驾驶背景
