Qualifications 1. Experience in business development of new energy and hydrogen energy industry is preferred 在新能源及氢能工业领域有相关业务开发经验者优先 2. Fast learning capability and self-motivated spirit 具备快速学习能力和自驱力 3. Good commercial knowledge, meanwhile good communication and negotiation skill 具备良好的商务知识, 同时具备优秀的沟通和谈判能力 4. Sensitive about cost, able to drive cost calculation from different scenarios and make most suitable commercial decision 对价格敏感, 有能力从不同销售情景驱动价格核算, 并从中作出最合适的商务决定 5. Has courage for self-challenge and optimize current situation, drive for cost optimization measurements and implement in the organization 有勇气进行自我挑战和优化现状, 推动成本优化措施的制定和实施 6. Customer centric selling and key accounts development skillset 以客户为中心的销售和大客户开发技能 7. At least 3 years sales experience in new customer development 至少3 年以上的新客户开发经验
