Role Overview
The EHS and Production Manager will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, managing production staffs, making and executing the production plan to assure Oder to deliver at qualified level.
Key Responsibilities
61 Establish and supervise overall manufacturing process, including machining and pneumatics products assembly (and warehouse), keep and maintain the production procedure, to meet targets in output, quality, cost, efficiency and productivity.
61 In charge of 6S and lean manufacturing on production and relative process, achieve continuous improvement targets.
61 Work with internal customer to achieve continuous cost down and reduce material scrap rate.
61 Make and supervise the implementation of production plan to meet project delivery target and adjust plan according to any changes.
61 Supervise the warehouse and make sure the inventory accuracy.
61 Ensure the effective communication with related departments; identify and solve issues in production such as capacity, quality and efficiency.
61 Manage operation cost through continuous improvement in production efficiency and cost saving.
61 Setup TPM system and ensure preventive maintenance, repair and high availability of equipment and facilities.
61 Provide trainings to frontline operators to ensure they are qualified to the job.
61 Be responsible for production reports for evaluation, analysis, enhancement and continuous improvement, etc.

Critical Competencies for Success
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering relative is preferred.
61 At least 8 years manufacturing production management experience.
61 Strong experience in EHS especially in manufacturing environment.
61 Familiar with TS16949 and Lean.
61 Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and people management skills.
61 Strong problem analysis and solving ability.
61 High sense of responsibility and can work under pressure.
61 Pneumatics products or System assembly experience will be a plus.
61 Good command of both spoken and written English.
61 Familiar with MS Office.
61 Can work comfortable in a fast moving and evolving environment.
