Accountabilities: 1.Generate and implement Commodity & Supplier Strategy 2.Organize regular supplier meetings with all stakeholders (SD, SQ, OP. PUR, Logistic, etc,..), effective follow up / close open topics list. Regular business meeting with supplier top management. 3.Localization 1)- Identify suitable suppliers for localization, collect supplier RFQ and RFQ validation. In time finish sourcing nomination. 2)- Local sample in time order and delivery, fulfill engine testing schedule 3)- Attend regular internal & RRS project meeting, AMCA meeting for local sample delivery issues. 4)- Localization and commercial data management: Localization list bi-weekly update, saving and local content calculation, nomination list preparing . 5)- Manage local parts ramp-up & series switch plan and implement in time. 6.Supplier contracts, price list (incl. yearly pricing), delivery terms and complain cost negotiation, regular maintain supplier commercial information (SAP), Approved Vendor List. 7.Support supplier on time delivery after SOP. Key Experiences and any Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above (full time education), graduated engineering study or equivalent with corresponding professional experience. 2.Good communication skill and willingness, fluent Chinese and English in spoken and written, experience in cross regional business communication. 3.Experience in strategy purchasing, sourcing and supply chain management for direct material at least 7 years. 4.Experience in the supplier sourcing field, including identification, assessment of supplier and validate supplier RFQ 5.Experience in contract negotiation, knowledge of standard business and contract terms 6.Knowledge of Iron / Alu. Casting and forging commodity purchasing is a plus 7.Knowledge of MTU – products spectrum (can be trained) 8.Experience in SAP purchasing module 9.High responsibility, proactive working attitude, willing to travel within China, Asia and overseas frequently, 2 times per month in average.
