职位描述：
1. Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving designs,materials or processes.
解决新产品或现有产品的设计、材料或工艺问题。
2. Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve manufacturing processes or products or to reduce costs, using knowledage of fabrication processes,tooling, and producion equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials science,etc.
利用制造工艺、工具、生产设备、装配方法、质量控制标准、产品设计、材料科学等知识，识别并实施改进制造过程或产品或降低成本的机会。
3.Apply contiuous improvement methods, such as lean six sigma to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability,or cost-effectiveness.
应用持续改进方法，如精益六西格玛，以提高制造质量、可靠性或成本效益。
4. Determine root causes of failures or recommend changes in designs, tolerances,or processing methods, using statistical procedures.
使用统计程序确定故障的根本原因或推荐更改设计、公差或加工方法。
5.Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures.
准备新的制造过程或工程程序的文档。
6. Evaluate feasibility of manufacturing, costs, production times,or staffing requirments for new products according to specifications and quality standards.
根据规格和质量标准评估新产品的制造可行性、成本、生产时间或人员需求。
7.Train production personnel in new or existing methods, redesign packaging for manufactured products to minimize raw material use or waste.
培训生产人员使用新的或现有的方法，重新设计制造产品的包装以减少原材料的使用或浪费。

职位要求：
1.Bachelor's degree or above majoring in mechanical manufacturing, industrial engineering or related major.
本科及以上学历，机械制造、工业工程或相关专业。
2.Familar with CNC especially in plastic manufacturing;
熟悉CNC，特别是塑料制造。
3.plastic welding, injection or thermoforming process;
塑料焊接、注塑或热成型工艺。
4.NPI procedure; Auto CAD & Solidworks software (Must) ;
NPI流程;Auto CAD及Solidworks软件（必备）。
5.Computer- Minitab software, project management(Preferred) ;
计算机- Minitab软件，项目管理（优先）。
6.Communication skills; Others:
沟通技巧,其他。
7.5 years work experience or above in mechanical manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, semi-conductor or related industry
5年以上机械制造、医疗器械制造、半导体或相关行业工作经验。
