Responsibilities 61 Support Quality & Manufacturing Technology Development with approx. 400 employees in Shanghai, Suzhou and Nantong. 61 Partner with management to develop and maintain employee relationships to create a respectful working environment for the sites through communication, performance management. 61 Develop a functional specific strategic workforce strategy in partnership with functional leadership to accomplish Auto China goal alignment. 61 Conducts employee orientations and implements organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies, in partnership with HR Regional Group and BU site-specific goals. 61 Understand the business cycles and talent needs of the organization to develop human capital strategies to build the capability of the workforce to meet business goals. 61 Provide coaching and consulting to managers and employees, in the areas of performance management, compensation, employee retention, talent planning, leader and employee development, positive employee relations practices, and conflict resolution. 61 Champion and drive all HR Programs & Processes (compensation planning, performance calibrations, etc.) at the plant level to align with corporate and Business Unit guidelines for the annual talent calendar. 61 Guide and lead the effective execution of change management strategies designed to support the implementation of organizational alignment. What your background should look like: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above; HR related major preferred 10 + years of HR experience with senior leaders in matrix environment 61 Ability to provide innovative solutions and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. 61 Ability to act as a credible coach and facilitator and a credible role model for effective leadership and62performance. 61 Must have a high level of interpersonal skills, strong organizational and analytical skills; Process orientated, and62sense of urgency. 61 Travel within the region as business needs dictate. 61 Human Resource experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred
