该职位通过和本地IT成员、总部IT成员以及供应商的紧密合作提供IT平台以及网络基础服务。该职位需要确保作为基础设施平台的高性能和高可用性用以支持生产系统的稳定运行。
This position provides services to IT platform and basic network service by collaborating with local IT functions, global peers, and vendors. This position should also ensure that IT platform has strong performance and high availability to support manufacturing system as a fundamental backbone.

Key Objectives/Deliverables: In order of importance, describe the primary responsibilities, which must be completed to achieve the objects of the position. The description should cover approximately 90% or more of the job content.
IT基础框架工程师将在一个快速变化的环境中工作，推动特定IT架构的良好表现及可靠性，包含但不仅限于如下方面：
IT infrastructure engineer will be working in a fast-pace environment driving performance and reliability from specific IT architectures which requiring an IT degree, including, but not limited to.
1. 在ISA-95基础上管理可在24x7x365多数据中心环境下运行的日常IT基础架构的状况。
Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure based on ISA-95 in a highly available 24x7x365 multi-data center environment
2. 管理服务器硬件和虚拟化环境，确保它们的稳定性和性能
Manage server hardware and virtualization environments to ensure their stability and performance.
3. 掌握网络相关知识，可以作为网络工程师的后备
Manage network related knowledge, could be the network engineer’s backup.
4. 为复杂应用和系统的交互检测故障原因以快速解决在线及支持系统的问题
Troubleshoot complex application and system interactions to quickly resolve live-site and supportive system incidents
5. 为用户和其他IT团队提供技术支持，解决他们的问题和需求。
Provide technical support to users and other IT teams, addressing their issues and needs.
6. 遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求。
Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.
基本要求：写明与工作相关，履行此岗位基本职能所必需的资质要求，包括：教育/执业资格/证书，相关经验，技术和/或其他工作相关技能（操作技能，外语，计算机等）。
Basic Requirements: Indicate qualifications that are job related, necessary for the performance of an essential function of this position including education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience, technical and/or other job-related skills (Operational skill, foreign language, computer and etc.).
1. 5年以上IT/工业相关工作经验，在包括网络基础架构，硬件，软件及通信的托管服务环境有可靠的技术背景
5+ years relevant IT/industry experience and solid technical background in a hosted services environment including infrastructure networks, hardware, software and telecommunications
2. 理解并承诺ITIL基础
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to ITIL basis
3. 遵守HSE程序，如发现有不合适之处，及时与HSE沟通
Follow all HSE procedures, immediately highlight when not applicable or not updated
4. 及时汇报身边的不安全行为和不安全状态
Highlight all at risk conditions and behaviour found.
5. 主动发现参与到HSE活动中的机会
Proactively find opportunities to be involved in HSE initiatives among the team or in site HSE
6. 中英文口语及书面的良好沟通能力
Good communication skill both verbal and written in Chinese and English
7. 良好的人际沟通能力
Good inter-personal skills
8. 良好的自我控制能力和时间管理技巧
Self-motivated and good time-management skills
