-Observe and study then discuss with the management for possible opportunities/projects for the improvement. -Not only observe and study but also hand on approach to find the best practice of ways to fit for the company constantly changing situation including fixture,semi-automation or fully auto-automation. -Support all the improvement projects and push to achieve safty,quality,cost and delivery goals with cross functional teams. -Re-define the layout to balance EFF and headcounts when necessary. -Prepare the forcasted investment and pay back terms based on the safty,quality,EFF,ppl and size occupation then submit for the approve before kick off -Simulation on prototype for the verification before put into the mass production. -Finalize the the improvement report based on the forcast and actual result for next stage improvement. -Orgnize the training before the new project implement for the safty,quality,new work content ,fixture,SOP and headcount dispatching. -Follow up the continuous improvement projects and conduct on site abservation and access to make sure the accomplishment of target. -setup and verify automated process such as turning machines or injection robot -keep monitoring and intervene in case of problems in the process -be able to self manage the automated process and imrpove the process where necessary -be able to perform modification and improvements on automation by himself -be able to design and realize (where possible and with help of external suppliers) the automation in the workshop when requested -be able to continuos improve to guarantee the smoothness of every automated process -be able to intervene on softwares of automation if necessary -keep track of automation realization cost and eventual modification -Keep 5S for responsible machine, keep the products / packing material / responsible machines tidy. -Other temporary duty as required. Qualification 1 mechanical or electronic engineer preferred 2 worked in an automated process factory or in automation field 3 Hard work/positive/patient/good execution 4 knowledge of basic principle of automation and softwares 5 Preferred age between 28-40 years old
