3.Interface/Coordinate – internal & external communication 内外部沟通协调和监控确保有效和快速沟通和问题解决 (1) Within quality department, establish a harmonious、good collaboration and high efficient and effective department 建立团结和谐、高效的质量部门 (2) Within other departments 与公司其它部门的有效沟通和问题解决 (3) Customers problem solving and visit when needed in a fast manner 对客户提出的问题及时解决，必要时至客户现场进行问题解决
4.Lead process audits, product audits and customer audits; Regular management review 负责公司的过程审核、产品审核和客户审核; 定期管理评审
5.Regularly review and report quality statistics and analysis and implement quality improvement actions 定期对质量统计数据进行复审、报告和分析，实施质量改善计划

任职要求：
1.Education & Major 学历及专业要求 Bachelor degree or above,10+ years quality related work experience in Manufacturing.Majored in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering related, with both automotive and discrete industrial experience, that will be a plus. 本科及以上学历，10年以上制造业质量相关工作经验，机械类或/工业工程相关专业。如同时具备汽车行业的批量生产和离散制造的经验为佳。
2.Necessary experience & Skills 经验 & 能力 (1) 10+ years related working experience, 5+ years quality management experience 10年以上相关工作经验;5年以上质量管理经验 (2) With high degree of team spirit and self-disciplined, proved management skill 高度的团队合作精神及自律精神, 被证实的管理经验 (3) Be passionate, with good communication skill, problem solving skills initiative, planning and coordination skill, patient and detail-orientated, strong sense of the responsibility 热情、具备良好的沟通能力，能够独立解决问题，擅长计划及协调，注重细节，有责任心 (4) Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments, well time and project management. 多任务处理能力, 较好的时间和项目管理能力 (5) Be familiar with MS office 熟练使用MS office软件 (6) With English communication ability in daily work 具备英文书面和口语的日常沟通能力
