岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
1.化妆品原料供应商的采购和资质认证，收集供应商信息，组织现场审核和评估，优化供应商基础，与合格供应商签订商务合同(Reach，通用采购条款等)；
Cosmetics raw material supplier sourcing and qualification, collect supplier information, organize on-site audit and evaluation to optimize supplier base, sign business contracts (Reach, General Term of Purchase, etc.) with qualified suppliers.
2.采购价格跟踪，在集团内部和外部制定采购基准，以获得有竞争力的成本，为SAP制定官方报价，与全球采购紧密合作，协商关键产品的全球合同价格，及时维护采购数据库；
Purchasing price follow up, benchmark within group & externally to obtain competitive cost, issue official quotation for SAP setting, work closely with global sourcing to negotiate global contract prices for key categories, maintain sourcing database in time.
3.原材料支出分析，运用采购工具实现成本节约目标；
Raw material spending analysis, applying sourcing tool to achieve cost saving target.
4.配合研发团队简化、集中和本地化原材料，支持研发团队开发具有竞争力的配方；
Work together with R&D team to simplify, centralize and localize raw materials, support R&D team to develop competitive formula.
5.与中国特殊化工行业的主要企业建立良好的关系，跟踪市场最新趋势，为研发、市场和销售寻找合适的原材料；
Build up good relationship with key players in China specialty chemical industry, follow up the latest marketing trend to find right raw materials for R&D, Marketing & Sales.
6.组织供应商拜访，向内部团队展示新原材料和市场趋势，支持内部团队获得新样品，并跟踪样品测试结果；
Organize supplier visiting to present new raw material and marketing trend for internal teams, support internal team to get new samples, and follow up sample test result.
7.供应商绩效管理，进行供应商绩效评估(成本、交货、质量和服务)，推动供应商持续改进；
Supplier performance management, conduct supplier performance review (cost, delivery, quality and service), to drive supplier continually improvement.
8.与关键战略供应商建立可持续的合作伙伴关系，制定供应商管理体系和社会责任年度审核计划； 　
Build sustainable partnership with key strategic suppliers, make annual supplier audit plan for supplier’s management system and social accountability.　
9.支持计划和质量团队改善供应链和质量问题；
Support planning and quality team to improve supply chain and quality issues.
10.完成上级安排的其他工作；
Any other jobs assigned by superior.
任职要求Qualifications
1.化学或化学工程学士学位；
Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
2.3年以上原材料采购工作经验；
More than 3 years working experience of raw material sourcing.
3.熟悉精细化工行业，有化妆品行业经验者优先；
Be familiar with fine chemical industry, experience in cosmetic industry preferred.
4.良好的经营理念，具备成本分析和基准分析能力；
Good business concept, with ability of cost analysis and benchmarks.
5.熟悉中国原材料监管事务，有供应商审核经验；
Know well about China raw material regulatory affairs, with supplier audit experience.
6.积极主动，有良好的管理能力。
Self-starter with good initiative and management skills.
7.能够积极地接受挑战，在有挑战性的时间内工作。
Able to take challenges positively, work to aggressive timelines.
8.良好的沟通能力，英语和普通话流利。
Good communication, fluent in English & Mandarin.
9.正直、独立，注重结果。
