Job responsibility 岗位职责：
1.Responsible for the company's servers,network equipment,computer terminals and related installation, configuration, data backup, restorations, inspections, and ensuring their continuous and normal operation;负责公司服务器、网络设备、电脑终端及相关安装、配置、数据备份、还原、点检等，确保持续正常运行；
2.Responsible for internal IT operations, ensuring system security, stability, and efficient operation.负责内部IT业务运营，保障系统安全、平稳、高效运行
3.Provide IT hardware service support , including hardware installation, maintenance, technical consultation, problem-solving, etc面向公司内部提供IT硬件服务支持，包括硬件安装、维护、技术咨询、问题解决等
4.Management, inventory, and maintain IT assets（including hardware, documents, contracts, etc.)IT资产（包括硬件、文档、合同等）的管理、盘点和维护
5.Cooperate with headquarters' IT standards to develop appropriate and effective IT policies and promote the implementation within the company配合总部的IT标准，制定出适当的和有效的IT政策，推动在公司内部的执行实现
6.Responsible for IT-related training负责IT相关的培训
7.Annual budget and IT expense control年度预算和IT费用控制
8.Cooperate with the IT policy of the US headquarters, lead and implement IT-related projects such as improving network speed and data migration配合美国总部IT政策，主导并落实提升网速、数据迁移等IT相关项目
9.Complete other temporary tasks assigned完成上级交办的其他工作

Requirement 岗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in computer information technology本科及以上学历，计算机信息技术相关专业
2.More than three years of relevant work experience, strong hardware background, can be independently responsible for the company's operation and maintenance and daily management三年以上相关工作经验，有较强的硬件背景，能独立负责公司运维及日常管理
3.Familiar with IT infrastructure management (databases, networks, servers, etc.)熟悉IT基础设施管理（数据库，网络，服务器等）
4.Familiar with Windows server, dynamic directory management, switch management熟悉Windows服务器，动态目录管理，交换机管理
5.Basic English ability基础英语能力
6.Clear thinking, logical reasoning, and excellent communication abilities思维清晰，逻辑清晰，沟通能力佳
7.Proactive in work and maintain a positive attitude towards learning;工作积极主动，学习态度积极
