作为我司项目顾问,on-site支持美资知名外企welfare and benefits团队部门,提供welfare和各种benefits的计算(客户员工数量级1500左右,包括退休金、年金、四金的计算),还有考勤统计等。 浓缩要求: 1)有hands on welfare和各种benefits的计算经验 2)有外企工作经验 3)良好的英语听说(需要和global, 亚太团队沟通) 4)随时开工 Responsibilities: 61 Deliver day-to-day retirement and absence management services and support in accordance with Company policies and programs. 61 Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to improve overall outcomes, productivity, and accuracy. 61 Respond to employee inquiries and escalations, demonstrating a high level of customer service. 61 Lead data integrity efforts to ensure employee retirement and leaves programs are being delivered according to legal and company standards. 61 Consult with Total Rewards COE and/or third party vendors on product or service enhancements and/or changes. 61 In partnership with internal business partners and third party vendors, ensure that all quality control objectives are being met. 61 Partner with managers and team leads on training for internal and third party vendor resources as needed. Experiences: 61 3+ years relevant experience in benefits, absence administration, or retirement administration is strongly preferred 61 English and Mandarin fluency is required 61 Ability to manage multiple task/priorities is required 61 Strong customer service and responsiveness values are required 61Experience leveraging a case management systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is preferred
