3.Organize the team members or outsourcing if needed and reasonably allocate resources to effectively complete the development of SDK and Turnkey.

4.Organize the team members for BSP for the packet processing/switching/accelerating and SOC booting/peripherals.
组织团队成员负责BSP的包处理/交换/加速以及SOC启动/外设。
5.Work on whole data path optimization from wired to wireless or vice versa, working together with Wi-Fi software team.
与Wi-Fi软件团队合作，从有线到无线或反之进行全数据路径优化。
6.Support internal QRA testing of SDK and Turnkey.
支持SDK和Turnkey的内部QRA测试。
7.Support and pass carriers’ and other customers’ testing.

8.Other tasks assigned by management.

任职资格 Qualifications:
1.Good inter-personal and inter-team communication skills.
良好的人际及团队沟通能力。
2.Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electrical, electronic engineering, or related disciplines.
计算机科学、电气、电子工程或相关专业本科以上学历。
3.More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
5年以上相关工作经验。
4.Strong C/C++ programming ability.
较强的C/C++编程能力。
5.Familiar with Operator's SPEC about gateway/route.
熟悉运营商关于网关/路由的规范。
6.Fluent spoken English is preferred.
英语口语流利者优先。
