61 负责生产部一线员工培训计划和组织执行，定期考评员工的技能。
Plan and implement training issue for operators and regularly assess their skills.
61 与生产技术人员协助，优化生产流程，建立健全工位标准化。
Coordinate with others engineer to optimize production process and standardize workstation.
61 负责生产过程的质量控制。
Control the quality of the whole production process.
61 负责制定生产计划并组织实施，满足交付要求。
Make production planning, handle daily production task to meet delivery requirement.
61 负责生产过程监控，及时发现并预防潜在的问题，减少废品率。
61 Monitor production process, find out abnormal issues and prevent potential problems to reduce scrap rate.
61 与质量部门协助，做好质量管理工作，不断提升产品品质。
Cooperate with quality department to guarantee and improve product quality.
61 负责与本岗位相关的文件工作，如生产报表，产量质量统计分析等。
Deal with documents required for this position.
61 负责生产区域的5S管理, 不断提升部门的5S水平。
Maintain 5S management of production area.
61 负责班组的团队建设和日常考核。
Responsible for shifts team building and daily assessment.
61 寻求和执行持续改进项目。
Search and implement CI projects.
61 管理层给予的其他工作安排。
Other duties assigned by manager.
任职要求
61 本科以上学历，工业工程等相关专业。
At least Bachler's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant majors.
61 具有良好的英语应用能力。
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
61 良好的电脑应用能力。
Have good computer skills.
61 具有良好的持续改进意识。
Must be self-motivated and have good problem shooting skills.
61 具备3~5年的相关工作经验，橡胶或注塑行业为佳。
Have 3 – 5 years relevant working experience, rubber industry or injection molding industry is preferred.
