61 Trouble shoots related equipment issues, identifies root cause and implements corrective action.
61 Use PEx tools to continuously improve the process to achieve manufacture performance excellence. Develop and implement projects to support cost reduction, OEE and other manufacture objectives.
61 Trains new equipment/automation operation and processes.
61 Assures safety of operators and equipment and complies with safety and environmental regulations.
61 Develop automation system/equipment specification, troubleshooting checklist and maintenance plan. Create and define the spare parts list.
61 Provide high level technical support and engage vendor for repair when necessary.
61 Monitor and track the equipment performance. Continuously improve equipment reliability and efficiency to achieve manufacture performance excellence.
61 Coordinate with division engineer on equipment related technology synchronization/transfer activities.
