岗位职责:
Tasks:
1. Monitor the related business process including production, supply chain and inventory, and suggest the improvement if needed.
2. Participate in month-end closing and prepare various reports for group and internal use
3. Lead the costing practices for related business: Manage standard costing, monitor& analyze variance to improve accuracy; COGS calculation for new business development.
4. Deliver major financial KPIs on time and work with production managers to deep analyze the cost.
5. Co-ordinate physical inventory counting
6. Develop and maintain appropriate Controlling tools to control Production Performance
7. Co-ordinate yearly Global Production & SCM budgeting and monthly rolling forecast
8. Other Reports and special assignments
9. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Assistant Controlling Manager.

任职要求:
Bachelor degree in relative field, minimum 5 years working experiences in manufacturing company in similar function
Well skill for cross function communication and negotiation.
Good English skills both in oral and written
