1、Work with product engineer to research pre-launch parts and make sure new part can be volume-produced.

2、Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process and quality, provide technical support to operators.

3、Write work instructions and procedures to conduct production when necessary.
编写必要的作业指导书和程序以指导作业员正确的进行生产操作。
4、Design necessary adapters or fixtures to optimize operation or process.
必要时设计通用或专用工装夹具去使作业优化或巧化。
5、Implement OJT for operators and push it to practice to make sure all operations meeting requirement.
对现场员工实施OJT培训，并监督执行情况，确保所有的操作都符合要求。
6、Handle non-conforming material/products, and work out solution by team work.
处理生产中的不良品，并通过团队合作寻求解决办法。
7、Assist Manager to implement 5S in workshop.
协助部门经理在生产现场实施5S。
8、Good team work spirit, to obey the leadership arrangement.
具有良好的团队合作精神，能够服从上级领导的安排。
