* Community networking & engagement: develop, manage and maintain community networking events, meetings, conventions and activities, etc. both online and offline of pre-K and K-12 education. Strengthen relationships with community members and related organizations. * Community project design & delivery: design, deliver and optimize online/offline community projects/ programs/ activities which are customized for education practitioners and experts. * Community resources development: identify, utilize and integrate resources from ILEAD, AoFE, XJTLU and beyond. * Team collaboration: work within CDE and across ILEAD to facilitate implementation and delivery of department strategic plans and new initiatives. * Any other duties as required, commensurate with the role position. Qualifications:
* Master’s degree or above in education or related field, or Bachelor’s degree with impressive achievements or experience; Required Competencies and Skills:
* Work experience in pre-K/K-12 schools or educational organizations; * Proficient use of communication skills in both English language and Chinese language; * Outgoing individual with strong organizational and time-management skills; * Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills; * Customer-oriented, results-driven and detail-oriented; * Committed, self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative; * Teamwork skills for collaboration with colleagues; * Ability to work occasionally on evenings/weekends for special events or projects;
