Roles & Responsibilities:

* Collect and analyze client training requests through questionnaires and
communication with client stakeholders prior to the programme commencement
* Develop programme learning outcomes based on client’s training and
development needs analysis
* Design the overall framework, modules, and delivery methods of programmes
to align with the learning outcomes
* Establish training resources, including the instructor team, and
collaborate with instructors toreach an agreement on learning content and
delivery method
* Prepare learning materials for training programs to support trainers in
content development
* Facilitate the programmes and conduct workshops or training sessions to
ensure high-quality delivery
* Evaluate the programme and implement continuous improvements
* Support the business development, promotion and branding via different
channels including but not limited to delivering programme introduction
sessions, attending biding meetings, and preparing promotion content,
materials, and videos
* Any other duties as required, commensurate with the role position.
Qualifications:

* Master’s degree or above in education or related field, or Bachelor’s
degree with impressive achievements or experience;
Required Competencies and Skills:

* Experience of developing or delivering educational programmes;
* Professional experience of teaching or working with students;
* Proficient use of communication skills in both English language and Chinese
language;
* Strong organizational skills, capability of prioritizing tasks and meeting
multiple deadlines;
* Teamwork skills for collaboration with colleagues;
* Organizational skills for designing and managing projects and coordinating
multiple tasks;
* Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and networking skills;
* Excellent attention to details;
* Ability to work occasionally on evenings/weekends for special events or
projects;
* Self-motivation, enthusiasm and innovation for a career in the educational
sector;
