Responsibilities: 1. Ensure overall service delivery (accuracy and quality) of the GBS; 2. Manage service centre’s daily operations accordingly to the laid down procedures; 3. Train up team members to maximize the efficiency; 4. Lead and support a change in mindset of our subsidiaries for GBS transformation; 5. Liaise with internal customer on daily accounting issue.
Requirements: 1. 7+year finance share service centre experience; 2. 2+year as managerial role; 3. Expertise in SAP; 4. Good knowledge in China and IFRS accounting standards; 5. Fluent in English speaking.
