工作职责：
1. Match new colors based on internal or customers targets

2. Improve matched new colors based customer feedback
根据客户反馈改进匹配的新颜色
3. Make high quality color plates and color pellets for customers
为客户制作高品质的色板
4. Monitor initial production runs and making correction if necessary
监控初始生产运行并在必要时进行纠正
5. Identify mass production color issue and making color correction if necessary
识别量产颜色问题，必要时进行颜色校正
6. Correctness and accuracy of color match result and test result
保证匹配结果和测试结果的准确性
7. Punctual completion of color match orders & Technical Inquiries
按时完成颜色匹配的订单和技术咨询
8. Observe and adhere to all regulations in respect to health and safety
严格遵守安全法则
9. Carrying out tasks efficiently and according specific plans
有效地根据计划执行任务
10. Compulsory reporting: monthly report, project reports, visits reports, etc.
按时完成各项报告：月度报告，项目

岗位要求：
1. College degree or above on Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Science/Chemistry, Materials Science/ Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
大专及以上学历，分析化学、高分子材料、材料工程或相近专业
2. Ability of time management
较强的时间管理能力
3. 3 to 4 years work experience on material testing or similar function
3~4年相关工作经验
4. Experience in operating injection molding machines
有注塑机操控经验
5. Proactive, meticulous, and good at analyzing and summarizing
积极主动，细心认真，善于分析总结
6. Basic English skill
具备基本的英语能力
