工作内容：
1. Sample making –make sample, and complete relative FA reports including VA, Flow Chart and collect data for mass production, Issue the preliminary VA before pilot run, Coaching operators in production then issue the formal document
制作样品,完成首件报告,流程图及作业指导书,收集准备批量生产所需要的相关资料,信息和数据，发行量试作业指导书，指导作业员进行小批量试产并在试产结束后发行正版作业指导书。
2. Tooling –Identify equipment/ tooling for sample process, Ensure that tooling equipment can meet mass production requirements.
确认样品制作所需要的工装,夹具和其他设备, 确保工装设备能符合量产需求。
3. Any other related jobs direct supervisor appointed.
上级领导安排的其他工作。

61 线束组装（cable assembly）
61 机柜布线组装（box build）
2. NPI Document including VA, Flow Chart, FA Report ETC.编写作业流程，作业指导书，首件报告
3. Coaching operators in pilot run指导产线试产
4. Tooling Verification样品阶段工装夹具验证
5. Making labeling program 制作标签程序
6. Issue the VA 作业指导书发行
