Job requirements: 1.Participant and manage APQP on project level. Prepare quality WI and internal criteria regarding customer requirements. 2.Investigate, exchange and close customer NCR via WIM and Customer portal. Organize NCR exchange with customers regularly 3.Monitor process quality performance and organize QRQC activity against internal and external hot issues 4.Participant design review with team on prototype and follow up open points until closed 5.Implement internal FAI once prototypes on new project are readiness. Participant and manage CFAI regarding project plan 6.Maintain quality system operation like ISO9001(IRIS), DIN6701, ISO45001, ISO14001 etc. Responsible for third body surveillance audit and recertificate and customer audit. 7.Training and improve skill ability of inspector regularly. 8.Cooperative with SQE on supplier audit. 9.Develop, implement and improve Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs and processes including emergency preparedness and fire protection, safety risk assessment and safe working procedures for all activities (Wabtec & Off-Site locations), hazardous waste management, training, ergonomics, contractor safety, and crisis management. 10.Manages and directs site in achieving Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) targets & objectives according to Wabtec guidance. 11.Drive EHS compliance through audits, process / equipment reviews and proactive risk elimination and track corrective actions to closure. 12.Maintain compliance with all applicable Waste, Water and Air regulations through required preventative maintenance of the equipment, recordkeeping, preparation of report and plans. 13.Lead efforts to maintain ISO9001/IRIS Standards Certifications. 14.Responsible of Obtaining and Updating Operational Permits as required for submission to regulatory authorities. 15.Coordinate and conduct EHS training for employee, contractors and visitors as needed. 16.Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices and develop hazard control practices and programs. 17.Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections. 18.Investigates all accidents, incidents, near misses and environmental incidents to ensure root cause analysis, containment and corrective actions are completed. 19.Report all incidents/events according to the Wabtec Incident Management Process. 20.Provide support and technical guidance to the leadership team, employees and EHS committees to assure programs are developed and effectively implemented providing safe and healthy working environments for employees on site & at customer sites. 21.Walk the manufacturing floor on a regular basis to establish EHS presence and provide support. 22.Work cooperatively with Global EHS Team on various projects and initiatives.
