岗位职责：
1、 负责标准新产品转入项目，与国外团队沟通产品细节要求，确认图纸，确立BOM 和工艺流程，样品制作，质量认证到批量化生产的项目管理全过程。
Responsible for managing the transfer of standard new products projects, communicating with overseas teams on product detail requirements, confirming drawings, establishing BOMs (Bill of Materials) and process flows, overseeing sample production, quality certification, and the entire project management process up to mass production.
2、 在非标项目上，通过和项目工程团队和本地工厂生产团地的技术沟通，确认生产方案，转换非标项目产品的生产图纸，确认BOM和工艺参数，确保实际生产成本与项目预估成本的一致性
For non-standard projects, through technical communication with the project engineering team and local factory production teams, confirm the optimal production plan, convert production drawings for non-standard project products, verify BOMs and process parameters, and ensure consistency between actual production costs and project estimated costs.
3、 协助生产进行效率提升，对生产的工序进行工艺优化，培训员工，及时与生产部门一起解决现场工艺制造过程中的各种问题。
Assist production in improving efficiency, optimize production processes, train employees, and promptly address various issues during the on-site manufacturing process in collaboration with the production department.
4、 与设备管理部门一起进行新产品所需的设备，线体的规划，选型，调试以及形成对应的作业工艺指导书
Collaborate with the equipment management department to plan, select, and debug equipment and lines required for new products, and develop corresponding operational process instructions.
5、 负责公司车间精益生产规划、布局，技改优化及实施等工作，持续改进安全，质量，成本，效率.
Responsible for lean production planning, layout, technical improvement optimization, and implementation in the company's workshops, continuously improving safety, quality, cost, and efficiency
6、 负责总结新的专业技术、工艺工作的成果和经验，形成可以继承的技术工艺标准、规范
Responsible for summarizing the achievements and experiences of new professional technologies and processes, forming inheritable technical and process standards and specifications.

任职要求：
1、 8年以上重工行业机械制造工程类工作经验，5年以上制造业工程现场管理经验
Minimum 8 years’work experience of manufacturing engineering required, preference in heavy industry, Over 5 years of experience in engineering and on-site management within the manufacturing industry
2、 本科及以上，机械工程、模具等相关工科专业，
Bachelor or above，Major on Mechanical Engineering or Mould design etc
3、 熟练使用Solidworks或AutoCAD等设计软件
Proficient with Solidworks/AutoCAD
4、 有电阻焊、冲压、钣金行业、切割、折弯等技术优先
Welding, punching, metal sheet, cutting, bending are plus
5、 具备较强的品控管理、流程优化、统筹组织和协调沟通能力；
Strong capabilities in quality control management, process optimization, overall planning, organization, and coordination and communication
6、 具备良好的系统性逻辑思维能力、组织能力、团队协调和沟通能力，工作积极主动
Excellent systematic logical thinking abilities, organizational skills, team coordination and communication abilities. Works proactively and with initiative.
7、 具备员工培训能力，能不断的提高员工的业务知识以及操作技能
