2）有项目管理思维，能够协调跨部门资源，解决售后服务问题形成闭环。

工作内容参考如下：
General
- Create, arrange, and monitor the service job under established working arrangement.
- Responsible for utilizing the parent company's service network resources for MYP engine services.
- Responsible for service action report preparation for customer quality issues.
- Responsible for quotation and order processing of spare parts and service. Prepare value care agreement and assist in preparing LCC calculation.
- Responsible for claim and payment of warranty claim from RRS service network.
- Responsible for preparation of cost calculation, reviewing and closing of job orders.
- Responsible for engine population and documents management.
- Develop and manage self-service partner.
