-Arrange team to install our product on customer side and finish installation record -Travel to the customer side and provide technological support in order to fix the problem from the customer side. -Installation training for service partner and bus OE. -Create and update working instruction/installation reports and other documents to meet quality requirements. -Collect and summarize the product failure information from technician and client, find the root cause and coordinate R&D,quality and production to close the problem. -Remote management and team care. -Be responsible for installation team performance management,Set up goals and evaluation for the team and individual goals. -Coaching team new product and technical skill and lead improvement to the team ability. -Improve customer satisfaction and keep our company's good reputation
