We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Suzhou. Reporting to Operations Manager of IA China, you will be responsible for the design and execution of supply chain management strategy and plans, managing all aspects of demand analyzing, materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, logistics and warehousing, as well as forecast accuracy from both customers and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities
61 Develop and implement an integrated supply chain and logistics strategy
61 Lead, direct, and control all supply and logistics policies, procedures, and processes
61 Leading and driving effective S&OP process, reconcile all supply, demand, and new-product plans at both detail and aggregate level.
61 Responsible for MOQ and E&O control by robust planning and procurement policies.
61 Liaise with functional and operational managers to ensure that supply and activities are integrated with business.
61 Responsible for import/export activities.
61 Manage the transportation logistics.
61 Supervise the warehouse and make sure the inventory accuracy.
61 Select, manage and maintain high level relationship with third party distribution vendors.
61 Manage, train and develop department subordinates, hold the team accountable and competent at all times.
61 Push shipments from IG plants and reduce Arrears.
61 Logistics quality problem solving and Improvement.

What We Are Looking For
61 Bachelor degree or above, major in business, engineering, or materials management required with certification in supply chain management preferred. CPIM by APICS preferred.
61 Over 10 years supply chain management working experience, 3 years or above experience in a managerial position and in a foreign owned company. Manufacturing plant background.
61 Strong ability for low volume, high mix product management capability.
61 Sufficient knowledge on the operations of import/export, distribution center, especially on material/production planning.
61 Strong logical mind and expert skill in statistic analyze, ERP implementation and application is desired.
61 Good People Management capability with no less than 10 direct reports.
61 Fluent oral and written English is a must, frequent communication with overseas suppliers.
61 Strong problem analysis and solving ability, strong mindset of continuous improvement.
61 Energetic, passionate, proactive, solution providers instead of seeker.
61 Excellent customer service attitude and seasoned interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
