Lead the sustainment of overall operational excellence activities' success. Support MOS/ Lean/continuous improvement process deployment across the value stream to drive SQDCP excellence and support the achievement of company business objectives. 61 Support the operation strategic planning process and improvement initiative. 61 Achieve CI commitment and target for productivity saving and operation improvement. 61 Act as a resource to assist in improvement activities including training, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen, CI events, projects, tool deployment, benchmarking, etc. 61 Conduct APIOA assessments, identify performance gaps, work through the leadership team. 61 Share best practices, lessons learned, replication of successful projects throughout the company. to prioritize improvement activities and close gaps. 61 Work with global functional council to lead the development and implementation of the company CI strategy, actions, and cross-functional activities. 61 Drive value analysis and targeting to ensure focusing the proper projects and activities.
