61To be responsible for effective classroom management to ensure that every student can learn

61Curriculum delivery in English with proper planned teaching resources saved in school server, managebac or moodle as per the need

61Planning appropriate written curriculum documents as per program needs

61To collaborate with the Chinese national curriculum members in designing relevant curriculum

61Ensuring that assessment outcomes are used to plan lessons.

61Conducting vertical and horizontal curriculum planning. In particular, ensuring that weekly collaborative planning meetings occur.
