Position Summary Key member of the Suzhou Controlling team, Finance BP reports to the Finance Director and is responsible for, Lead cost controlling, support management on CIP (continuous improvement program), enhance internal control & financial analysis procedure, provide professional advice to business & operation team.
Primary Responsibilities 61 Product profitability controlling. - Responsible for standard cost simulation, including year over year cost refresh and new product standard cost simulation; - Participate strategic cost planning, lead the task of long term cost simulate & tracking; - Lead the implementation of cost analysis, support operation team drive cost reduction projects. 61 Compliance & Internal Control. - Organize regular internal control self-assessment, tracking, summarize and report out internal control status and improvement progress on regular basis; - Support management team enhance company internal control according to SOX requirement; - Support management for the financial impact simulation on CIP program; 61 Financial Analysis. - Cooperate with Finance Director enhance financial reporting structure; - Prepare rolling forecast on monthly basis, provide interpretation against all kinds of deviations; - Cooperate with Finance Director, improve rolling forecast procedure and template; - Participate annual budget preparation. 61 Other task or adhoc assigned by department head.
Job Requirements 61 Work experience: 7-10 years work experience in finance related function, minimum 3 years costing or FP&A experience in MNC. Experience in accounting firm would be plus. 61 Education: Bachelor’s degree at Accounting/Finance/Audit. 61 Good knowledge of SAP; Experience of SAP implementation would be plus; 61 CPA/ACCA membership or candidate would be plus; 61 A high level of proficiency in MS Excel; 61 Good communication skills, able to solve problems; 61 Excellent English, both oral and written; 61 Honest, Down to earth, Straight forward.
