Job Responsibilities：
1. Manage customer complaints and RMA handing, 8D reporting from FA, NPI and mass production.
2. Communicate with customer thru email or by phone call in discussing quality issues.
3. Monthly DPPM follow up by weekly performance report
4. Responsible for providing corresponding standards and methods for QC inspections to ensure that inspectors know the inspection requirements.
5. Responsible for coordinating with the Engineering Department to approve *** Article (FA) and New product introduction (NPI), and responsible for submitting relevant PPAP documents.


Requirement for the Job
1. Working experience in Cable assembly and Connector Assembly processes is better
2. Familiar with 8D Methodology.
3. Familiar with QC tools such as APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA
4. English proficient, writing/speaking/listening is better.
5. Can work under pressure and have a good team work
