About the Role In the role of Senior Transducer Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work within our Lifestyle Automotive Audio Division. You will be responsible for transducer development which is used in vehicle, including virtual design (simulation), sample validation, cost efficacy check. You will work closely a with global team to present design solutions. What You Will Do 61 Work with global team for all Transducer Engineering activities form design concept to DV 61 Frequently communicate with cross functional teams in different countries 61 Produce all relevant documentation such as Bills of Material’s, Sketches, Simulation data, Acoustic data sheets, DFMEA’s, DVP&R’s and all other documentation required to support the design process 61 Lead system team with problem solving techniques to overcome for all transducer issues from concept design to DV 61 Keep up to date with the latest developments in world class best practice in relation to audio product design, simulation, analysis and measurements, materials and manufacturing techniques What You Need 61 Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Acoustics, Electronics, or other related field 61 Minimum of 6 years related experience in transducer design 61 Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in English 61 Strong knowledge of design and manufacturing principle used to create and manufacture transducer 61 Strong knowledge of FEA techniques for loudspeaker simulation 61 Have high sensitive on new products and new technologies about automotive. What is Nice to Have 61 Master’s degree majoring in Acoustics, Electronics, or other related field 61 minimum 3 years of related experience in transducer design 61 Previous manufacturing operations experience of transducers 61 Detail oriented demonstrated ability from theoretical to implementation-based thinking 61 Background in automotive speakers What Makes You Eligible 61 Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel 61 Be willing to work in an office in the R&D Center in Suzhou, China 61 Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
